Notes from a desert inn
Cool rooms, a short walk to the rocks, and evenings spent outside under a clear sky.

Cool rooms, a short walk to the rocks, and evenings spent outside under a clear sky.

The inn sits on a quiet road outside town. Rooms stay cool through the afternoon. Each one opens onto a small patio with two chairs.
Staff leave water and a simple map of nearby walks. Dinner is available on request three nights a week. Most guests cook or drive into town.
Evenings are best outside. The sky clears after sunset, and the property stays quiet after nine.
